Gordon Parks was a self-taught photographer who gained major attention with his portraits and work in the 1940’s. He shot everyday life pieces in the cities of St. Paul and Chicago, and worked regularly for publications like Ebony, Life, Vogue, and Fortune. This new exhibition will showcase works from across Park’s 60-plus year career with original prints as well as magazines, books, letters, and other artifacts from the artist’s life.
